God Delights In The Details

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all of us at The Promise FM, WLJN Worship, and The Source! 

You’ve heard the phrase, “Don’t sweat the small stuff.” 

Here at Northern Christian Radio, we’ve learned that the small stuff - the prayers,  the phone calls, the moments of encouragement, the songs that meet you right  where you are - those are the very things God uses to accomplish something great. 

Psalm 37:23 reminds us, “The LORD directs the steps of the godly; He delights in  every detail of their lives.” Isn’t that amazing? The God of the universe takes delight in the details - your details - and we want to follow His example. 

That’s why we are intentional with every dollar you give, every prayer request you send, and every message of hope we broadcast. Because when we tend to the “small stuff,” God turns it into something mighty. 

As our listener, Brandi, reminds us: “This is needed and reaches people in a positive manner. Northern Christian Radio reaches and impacts people from the inside out. It is nice to have a positive in the midst of all the negativity.” And as Beth reminds us, “When I turn on the radio, I hear exactly what I need from God.” 

As 2025 comes to a close, we can look back and see His hand guiding us through both challenges and triumphs. Your faithfulness - your prayers and generosity - have made it possible for Northern Christian Radio to continue shining the light of Christ across Michigan and beyond. Lives have been changed, families strengthened, and communities impacted because you chose to stand with us. 

As we wrap up 2025 and look ahead to 2026, would you consider a special year-end gift to help us finish strong? Every gift, no matter the size, helps us continue sharing the message of hope, peace, and the truth of Christ with a world that so desperately needs it.
