This weekend, our hearts were broken by the tragedy that touched Traverse City. And maybe today, you’re feeling the weight of it all—grief, fear, or even confusion.

The Bible says in Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” That’s not just a verse—it’s a promise.

Jesus told us we’d have trouble in this life. But He also said, “Take heart; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33, ESV).
